Leather trim Lining material

Thanks to Tugnuts, I've found that trim leather is BEL3315 Softside Beluga Marine Vinyl Mocca. What is the lining material under this leather?

It comes attached to the trim leather.

Thank you, Jared! I ordered BEL3315 Softside Beluga Marine Vinyl Mocca, which looks and feel exactly like the leather on my boat. There is no foam attached to the backside... I used Neoprene Foam Sheet with Adhesive instead.
