LED Anchor light for EC21

Sorry to post here but I'm very frustrated looking with no success. Does anyone know the LED bulb number and where to get it for the anchor light on a 2007 EC21. The bulb that I need to replace is either a trade #97 of #67.

Don't remember the number sorry, but ask before you buy if it will destroy your VHF reception. I bought one at the Seattle boat show and did not know to ask. Big mistake. I'm back to the original fiiment bulb. I have seen nice learned a little about RF energy.

Hello Bob,

I bought an LED bulb from MarineBeam.

Their page says "R-27" but my 21EC uses the same anchor light fixture. I've been using their bulb for 2 years without problem. No VHF interference.

I just this weekend replaced my anchor light bulb for LED.

I have a Hella marine anchor light on a Cutwater 28. the bulb is the 31mm festoon model and not the 42/44mm festoon that fits the Aqua nav lights. Marinebeam suggested this unit and it works great

I finally ordered a TW-GE89-CW with the 15mm base from Marinebeam for my EC21. We will see if that works later in the week when it arrives. I will carry some spare trade #67 or #97 bulbs just in case. They are $4.98 for two.

The LED bulb TW-GE89-CW with the 15mm single contact base arrived today from Marinebeam. It fit perfectly in the anchor light socket in my 2007 EC21 and gives off a VERY bright light. I will keep a couple of the incandescent trade #67 or #97 bulbs in my spares.
Now to sort out the interior lights for LED.
