Trailered the tug to northern michigan for a few weeks worth of a fresh water bathing. Thruster working to both sides no problem at all for the duration (including the drift onto the trailer bunks...).
Towed her home to fl, and launched to find the thruster not working to the port side.
In what I thought was a very methodical root cause analysis procedure (of an entire afternoon) had no luck identifying the issue.
Next day i called a Service Tech at the Lewmar dist here, and he advised me to check the switch out before going any further.
Turns out the blue wire (port side power) apparently shook loose from the switch connector during transit.
.... so there you go. All fixed.
Posting this to help others out if this happens to them(hopefully the key words will help in a search of the boards)
