Looking for a good Ramp near Jacksonville

I am looking for a decent ramp to launch my R-27 near Ortega Yacht Club Marina in the Jacksonville area. If anyone with information to pass on can give me advice, it will be greatly appreciated.

Check ActiveCaptain's Interactive Cruising Guide. Search on Ortega. They show the Cedar River Moorings Boat Ramp and Lighthouse Marine Boat Ramp, both up and around the corner on the Cedar River. There's the Wayne B Stevens Boat Ramp just to the south on Fishing Creek. There are brief notes and/or contact numbers.
