Loose wire question

I have a 2013 21EC. Inside the engine box , coming out of the Blue Sea 4 post positive battery cable terminal box is a 14 guage red wire with a 3 amp fuse which ends in a female spade terminal. It is not connected to anything. The boat does not have AC. What is this wire for?
 
On my 21EC 2013 model those were connected to the "LED" terminal on the Blue Seas Automatic Charge Relay. This would NOT be the correct way to wire the ACR for remote LED display so you can leave it disconnected. Actually removing it from the pos buss would be safest. My boat originally had 2 ACRs so look for a second such wire and discard it as well.
