Hooked up to shore power started air and stove top and lost shore power...definitely have shore power but no power in boat? Any suggestions?

There should be an ELCI breaker in the AC line before it even gets to the AC Panel. Mine (R27) is at the start end of the starboard cockpit locker. It is likely tripped.

Curt may be on the right track, but it depends on what year your boat is.

Curt And Mike were right...ours was in cabinet under microwave...thank you!

I think Laurie tripped the breaker so you had to eat dinner out. 😀 Shuck for a buck right next door to your boat!

Glad you solved the issue. With 30 amp power, you may have to do some "power use management" - you cannot run two big current draws (over 15 amps each) at the same time. Look up the amp ratings on the 110v items on your boat (including the battery charger/converter/inverter that will be topping off your batteries as you use 12v electrical items), and you can see what all can be used at the same time.

Mike...you are absolutely correct!!! Miss you in Stone Cove this summer!

We have had a problem with our shore power for 3 years.(multiple tripping of our main breaker and finally it's replacement with the use of electric stove and air. This year it was serious with the burning out of our main receptacle of shore power on the boat and the ruining of our shore power line. In an in-depth testing, we found the pump for the air conditioning system was drawing 3 times the amps it should have.We are now in the process of having it replaced. The good news is, no fire. It seems to me that if you are tripping your main breaker, check your pump and compresser on the air. Especially if you have a 2012 R-27.

Shore power breaker on my 2014 Cutwater 26 is under the micro/oven against the back port side wall as far under the bottom cabinet as you can put it. Great engineering job there guys!
