Marina forced to shut down

One of our favourite marinas, Ladysmith Community Marina, has been given notice to remove all its assets by the end of the year. Here is a link to the news article in the Nanaimo News https://www.nanaimobulletin.com/news/la ... e-harbour/
This is a disturbing situation for a nonprofit society that has 6 years left on it’s lease and has been in operation for 37 years.

Wow, how distressing!
We really loved visiting there a couple of years back. Great facilities. Enjoyed an evening concert with an excellent local guitarist.
