Marine Survey near New York City

Hi Friends,

I am looking for recommendations on a reputable marine surveyor around New York City. I found a list online from the ACMS but so far most are closed for the season or won’t respond. I’m trying to become an owning Tugnut instead of wannabe.

Any advice/recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Update: I spoke with a surveyor that was really knowledgeable today and for numerous reasons I have decided to step away from the boat.

Don’t be surprised if I ask a similar question in the future because I am still looking for my tug.
