Mase generator not starting

I have a 2013 R 27 and went to test run generator after winter storage and won't start. Started just fine when the boat was put to bed last fall. Control dial starboard below helm seat turned to Generator. Toggle switch on gen flipped to "on." Press "on" on port side control panel and nothing lights up, and no turn on.

Is your starter battery charged? On our R29 I have to turn on the stern thruster switch for the generator to start.

By stern thruster switch to you mean the thruster "battery on/off" red dial next to the the other on/off red dials (engine and house) located in the generator compartment? I think in the past i just had my house batteries turned on and the generator panel came on when I pushed start.

Which particular MASE do you have?

Is it turning over but not starting?

Check the on/off switches on the genny itself. There is usually a breaker and also an on off switch.

Did you change the fuel filter? Did you bleed it and get everything tight? If there is air in fuel system it won't start.

Check all the sensors. If one of them has a corroded or loose wire it won't start.

Is there a dedicated lever to turn the fuel flow on/off For the genset?

Thanks all. As always, it was a matter of flipping one last switch on the generator (engine). I've never had it switched off before? All is well.
