I have a series 25 Aqua Signal masthead light apparently with a burned out bulb. 2013 Ranger27
The top black cap appears to be permanently glued on.
The lens Unit does not rotate in the black base.
There are three 5/16 locknuts on machine screws under the stainless mast base going up into the unit.
When the nuts are turned with a wrench, the screw also turns. Cannot get the nut off.
The stub of the machine screw past the nut to small to grab with pliers.
Various feeing agents don’t do anything as the lock nut holds firmly.
Any suggestions ???
