I’m in Gibsons, Gerry Harris Diesel is who I would call. I know he’s a Yanmar agent but maybe Cummins as well. He would be able to point you in the right direction. Gerry only does boats.
There is also Sechelt truck and diesel in Sechelt. We get our mixer truck and dump trucks worked on here a bit and get most of our parts from them. I don’t think he (Wes Pop) does much with boats though.

Madeira Park Marina is another option but they are extremely busy. I have not used them for mechanical work but have bought parts there and the ladies I have dealt with are very knowledgeable. If you find someone would you mind posting the results, just in case I may need one.
