I had the same problem a while back. Called Morningstar who suggested to disconnect power to the remote panel, wait a bit, then reconnect power. Worked for me. If I remember, the fuse and power to the remote can be accessed behind the little monkey hair panel in the cave (on C26) so you don’t have to remove the remote panel itself. In general I don’t use that panel because it is a bit flaky. I have it display the amps the solar panel is providing all the time. Check battery health with the little switch (1,2,3) on the panel.
