Mounting screws

We are ready to mount a few things in our 7-month-old R25 SC, and pretty nervous about it.

Fire extinguishers in the cave and the V-berth.
Utility rack on the galley wall (to the right, on the wall shared with the head).
Something (not sure what yet - paper towel holder?) on the vertical panel between the starboard cabin windows.

Any guidance regarding screw length/surface thickness/etc. greatly appreciated.

All of those locations sound good. If you haven't mounted anything yet you can always call my cell and I can walk you through the best location for each.
