Mustang has issued a voluntary recall on two of their inflatable PFDs (lifejackets) that were sold in 2011, the MD2010 and MD2012. http://www.mustangsurvival.com/22lb-product-notice These are the 22 lb bouyancy with Inflatable Membrane Technology.
If you bought or have one, you will need to contact Mustang and return it for repair. See the link for additional info
