MY2012 R27's seat compatibility with MY2010 R25

I have the opportunity to swap out our MY2010 R25's seats with those from a MY2012 R27. Are the seats from the R27 dimensionally compatible with my MY2010 R25 ? Thanks for answering. 🙂 If there's a slight difference, will it matter that much ?
 
Hello Baz,

Do you have the new seat already? I believe they'll fit but I'd measure them to be sure. Also, I know we switched the mounting brackets so you'll need to patch some holes. If you have any further question feel free to email me directly. kennymarrs@rangertugs.com

Kenny: Thanks for your reply. I don't have the seating material yet as I'm waiting for 1st Mate to return from UK to get her opinion and if the effort and time is worth making the switch. Personally, I'm leaning toward the cream/brownish leatherette that is installed on the latest R-27s, but that maybe going a bit too far with cost etc. Might just be better to upgrade to the R-27 after having seen Pete & Sandra's red MY2013 R-27 "Bella II" today... dreaming of course... 🙂
