That’s the output of the inverter. The other end goes to the AC panel to power the boat AC loads when underway.

When you attempt to use the inverter you may find it inop. At the edge of the plug is the reset button on the outlet. Mine has needed to be reset a couple of times. Just a bit more information that will save you from scratching your head as to why it will not work......

Marginally related to this thread, I moved a few switches and added an access panel for the inverter with ventilation holes.
See my photo album if you like. It was a stretch to hit the inverter On switch and the Bilge Blower switch.
