Need a Quart of Hero Red Gel Coat for 2019 R-31 S

I scratched the side hull of our 2019 Ranger Tug R-31S. We need 1 quart of Hero Red gel coat. How can I get it?

I see that Marine Coat One sells Ranger Tug Hero Red gel coat, but can or should I get it from Ranger Tug, Marine Coat One or the gel coat manufacturer?
