Have you tried Enterprise Truck Rental? They have 3/4 and 1 ton trucks for rent. Used them to rent a Ford F250 to move my C-28 in Anacortes before buying a Ram 2500.

Can you get it to the Des Moines Marina on its own? That is much closer to Pacific Power. just over the hill.
