Looks like the shop that did the 1000hr service put something together wrong. I have an oil sump full of seawater and we don’t know anyone in Anacortes. Currently in a slip at Cap Sante marina.

It could be the crankcase anodes. There's 4 of them behind the valve covers. Crankcase anodes are due every 500 hours. If they leak, seawater could mix with oil.

The 1,000 hour engine maintenance is spark plugs, thermostats, oil change, oil and fuel filter changes, impeller, lower unit oil change, crankcase anodes (8) and thermostat anodes (2), and a timing belt.

The only thing above that connects sea water to the oil pan is the (4) crankcase anodes located under the valve covers (2 on each side). If this is what happened... that would then overflow your oil pan with, sending water everywhere. I'd be calling the shop that did the work and Towboat US to get back home.
