Hello All,
I just returned from Manitowoc, WI after taking delivery of our new 2019 C-28 LE. It trailered well and we have our “on-the-water” orientation set up for next Friday. We are new to this type of boating and bought the boat to do the Great Loop in about 3 years from now. I appreciate all of the information found on this site and look forward to learning more.

Welcome to the fleet!

cheers,

Bruce

You will love it, we've had a great time on our 2016 with very minor issues.
Good luck

Welcome to the Cutwater group.

We really enjoy our C28. It is easy to get 2 footitis (the C30 is nice as well) but the size is great for us. Easy to dock, handles waves well, and goes 20+ knots when we want.

A learning event was learning to usethe trim tabs effectively, and our dinghy (vertical orientation)takes on water when underway around 14 knots.

Enjoy your time on the water.
