New Curtains?

We are looking to update the look of our 2012 C-26 and create replacement interior side curtains... Does anyone know a source for the plastic slides that are sewn into the curtain and fit into the track?

If you are replacing your existing curtains, could you remove and reuse the parts from the old ones?
