I have a 2024 C248 has anyone ever tried to instal a better capatins chair?
Would love to hear more about brand and installation.

I replaced the captains chair on my 2012 29S a few years ago. I have since sold the boat. Put it on before we started the Loop. Was a great improvement. It did sit a little higher (which my wife liked). i liked it because it had arm rests, a head rest & the bolt pattern matched up. Attached is a picture of the damaged seat. boat seat.jpg Bought it from: https://www.greatlakesskipper.com The first one they sent was damaged but they replaced it.
