Just wanted to step in for a moment to say hi to everyone and let you know both Rose and I are excited about getting to know you. We live in Marble Falls, Tx in the middle of lake country. We cruised the San Juans for the first time this summer in a Crealock 30 sailboat but found that the summer months seldom offer really good sailing. So...we just bought a 93 R21 from Ranger (all we could afford at the moment )and will be upgrading her by degrees after we become a bit more savvy about the boat and hopfully get some suggestions for mods etc. We plan on cruising our R21 in the San Juans June of next year. I want to say that all the folks at Ranger have been a joy to work with to date. Its nice to deal with folks who seem to enjoy what they are doing. Keep up the good work guys !!!! Now....I'll get back to work.

hey boatman, welcome aboard!! just a suggestion regarding when to cruise the san juans or gulf islands... tina and i spent most of sept this year in the gulf islands after the tugnut rondivoux.. the weather was stunning and most of our anchorages secluded.. last year, shortly after purchasing our 25 [CHRISTINA BEE] we spent the first and last week in sept exploring the san juan islands. next year we plan on sailing up to princess louisa inlet after seeing the rest of the gulf islands we missed this year.. hopefully being on the water at least 25 days or so. if you guys are in the area, we would love to show you the ropes... untill then,,, steve and tina, ps. my sister lives in san antonio i really like that part of texas, or all of texas for that matter.. 😀

Matey boatman: Welcome aboard. As we are but a few cruising hours from the San Juans we just might pass each other next Summer. We are quite new to the Ranger Tug family and we're learning the ropes of our new R25 along with the USCG Seamanship rules/skills etc. It's been great fun so far and my wife Gill is taking to boating much better than I thought she would. 😀

See you on the water.
