No AC Voltage

Suddenly Not getting AC voltage when hooked up to shore power. Have made sure ‘shore power’ switch is on. Tried new cord Don’t know where to go from there. Waiting to hear from mechanic, but looking for ideas of what else I might try. Thanks for any suggestions. (Have a 2013 R25)

In my Cutwater 28, the master breaker is located in a small cabinet below the microwave. It might be as simple as that being tripped.

Is your ELCI OK - it must be near inlet. under seat on my 31, do not know where on 25.
Next check inverter pop out breakers.

The ELCI on our R25SC is in the port locker, opposite end to the DC switches, mounted on the bulkhead between that locker and the battery locker.

have a look at the breaker under the oven on the cutwater 28.

Thanks all. It was the AC Main. Some how it got flipped into off position. Appreciate the feedback.
