Ranger tug 25 2008. Had a severe lightning storm last night so I checked the boat this morning. No DC pwr at all. Shore power is fine and batteries are fine. Could a close lightning strike trip a circuit breaker somewhere? I can't find the main DC circuit breaker switch, if there is one. DC panel is dead for everything. Refridge, garmin, lights, trim tabs Etc. Entire panel is not working. As you can tell, I'm electronically stupid, so any help is appreciated. AC panel works fine.

Take a look at this. possibly the fuse blew. Check all connections. A lightening strike can do strange things in an electrical system. Give it a full inspection and I would bet you will find the culprit.

We had a similar experience after a mechanic was working in the engine. Absolutely nothing DC worked. Batteries fine. Turns out there’s a resettable breaker in our 2009 R-25 in the engine compartment running for and aft along the port side Ann down about 6-9” or so from the top. Mechanic accidentally tripped it moving around the engine. Hope that’s it - ez fix!
