no house power

R-27 2012 sat for winter and I always kept the charge on for batteries from the house cord.
Anyway, upon launching, no power going to house items; lights, navigation, etc....
I put parallel and everything works. I did not try dockside yet.
Please advise and I appreciate any help.

Have you checked the voltage at each of the house batteries? I’d start there.
 
If you paralleled the engine and house together and got everything to work it sounds like low voltage. I agree in checking at the batteries for voltage, make sure the battery charger isn't on when you check. If the batteries aren't holding voltage, it might be time to replace them.
 
I found the best price delivered of the universal agm ub121100 to be Home Depot this spring.
