Nova Cool - LIghts on and no one home (cold)

Hello,

On my Nova Cool refrigerator in my C28 (2020), the lights are ON inside but there is no cooling. It's room temperature.

I'm assuming this is a sure sign it's broken? Is there anything else I should check like breakers or fuses somewhere before pull it out?

On my C-28 there is a fuse for the fridge under the helm that is located behind the mirror in the head. Should be labeled. One year the fuse didn't actually blow, it had developed some oxidation. Replaced the fuse and the fridge came one. It's an ATAC (automotive type) fuse.

One other time I had an issue with the thermostat control but I think your boat is too new for that.

There is a thermostat confirm you turned it to the coldest setting and listen for the compressor to start operating. If it is not then use the manuals troubleshooting guide to trouble shoot the unit.

Just had this problem, Light is on so you-are getting power, so not the fuse. I had the Webastco serviced and one of the power cords was hooked back up incorrectly. These units last and are petty reliable. Another thing that I was told that can go out is the thermostat. They are about $28 bucks and easy to replace, there is a good video on you tube by Novo Cool.
