As a demanding boat owner, I feel a need to post a big thank you to Andrew Custis, Statton Wagoner, Tim Bates, and Jared Dunning. They all helped with a repair they covered (after the warranty period no less) of a center rear hatch on our R27 OB. Jared schlepped the boat up and back from LaConner to the factory where a first class repair was carried out. Needless to say, Ranger Tugs could have refused to take care of this, but they rallied to get this done and I am very appreciative. Quality and integrity are often tossed around in business, but it is increasingly rare to be a recipient of these lofty ideals-many thanks to Ranger Tugs! Toby Sutcliffe 'Baguette R27'
 
I second your kudos! From the first moment we spoke with Ranger Tugs (Andrew) through our purchase / delivery including post purchase service / support from our dealer (Winter Island Yacht Yard) we have enjoyed unrivaled quality!

We also have to give our appreciation to the Ranger Tugs owner community. It is wonderful to be associated with such a welcoming and supportive group!

I have been very impressed with Ranger. The way they helped me with my second-hand 2017 21-EC sold me on the company. That’s why we didn’t look for any other brand when we bought our 31-CB.
 
I bought a 2025 R29 CB and had an air conditioner that wouldn’t cool. I’m on an inland lake in southwest Missouri. Kenny Mars and Andrew Curtis spent an hour with me on FaceTime and we got the issue straightened out. I’m a business owner and know issues come up. It’s all about how you respond to problems. These guys were terrific and I’m so glad to be in the Ranger Tug family.

Glad to hear that those guys (Andrew and Kenny) have not changed. We bought the boat show boat in Seattle in 2015 (R25sc) and had numerous wonderful interactions with both of them. Most notable was an engine emergency shutoff failure in the wilds of Ontario while on our Great Loop. They were both instrumental in getting us going - even though were were in an area with only brief, sporadic text availability. To Andrew and Kenny, MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
