It's official! Robyn and I are now the proud owners of a 2007 R-25, formerly known as the Christina Bee. We drove to Sacramento and took possession of her on Friday and arrived back here in Port Orchard today at noon. Tomorrow, she goes in for a fresh coat of bottom paint and a few maintenance items. We've been looking forward to this day since mid-August. In this case, it is worth the wait. We look forward to seeing many of our new friends this winter on the Puget Sound as we learn our way around the "SLO Ranger".

Welcome to the world of Ranger Tug owners. You already know of the fellowship we enjoy as we met you at Bremerton. You have a fine boat and I am sure you will have many hours of pleasure in the area you live. We look forward to seeing you out and about. Sign up for the Fisherman's Terminal get together at the end of May. Here are a couple of pictures of your new boat in the water at the Tropical Tip of Texas.

Steve and Tina are great friends and we look forward to seeing them again soon. I am sure they cannot stay boatless for too long.

Congratulations Joe and Robyn

Has the C-Dory been sold yet? It was nice meeting you at Bremerton and hope to see you on the Desolation cruise this year.

Don

It would be fun to see you guys at Fisherman's Terminal.

Welcome, Robyn and Joe! We enjoyed meeting you at the rendezvous. You are going to enjoy your boat more than you can imagine. Winter boating in South Sound is so tranquil, we were out for this past weekend with some gorgeous weather and waters and anchorages all to ourselves. We look forward to seeing you on the water and at events!

Congratulations!!!

You got a great boat that has been meticulously cared for -- and I'm thinking you got a screamin' deal, too!!!

Thank you for the warm welcomes and for the photos. Reviewing the manuals and other instructional information is a bit overwhelming, but I believe we are up to the task. And yes, we did get a great deal.

Joe & Robyn: Welcome to Tugnuts and the great group of people from all around the USA. Hope to see you at the Fisherman's Terminal in May. It's a good chance to have the boat in fresh water to clean the hull off and remove all the salt water crud. --Barry & Gill

Don, Robyn pointed out this morning that I overlooked replying to your question. Yes, the C-Dory sold, going to a couple from Whidbey Island who also have a home on the Hood Canal.

Joe and Robyn,
Welcome to tugnuts and Ranger Tugs. The Y-Knot is moored in Port Orchard and Becky and I hope to see you around.
