We were at a social event and met a boater. He asked us to tell him 3 things that we liked about our R27. When we reached 10 things we loved while continually interrupting each other, we stopped and looked at each other and said, "We must really love this boat!" Top on our list was the great Ranger family and the support. That played out a few days later when we were winterizing Buoy Navigator. She was on the trailer in our RV lot. The last antifreeze was poured into the bilge, but the pump just whirred and did nothing. My husband was prone across the engine trying to make it work. I said, "I'm going to call the factory." Sara answered the phone and within seconds Kenny was on the line. (Note I didn't have to go through a menu of options.) There was an air bubble and he gave my husband instructions. My husband was able to fix it immediately. The whole process from phone call to solution took less than two minutes. And so, that is why we love our Ranger Tug. We can't wait until April when she goes back in the water!
