We have owned and thoroughly enjoyed our R23 since delivery in November 2019. A few months ago I mentioned to Ivan at the factory that there was a glitch with one of our cockpit seats. Recently I received a call from Brian at Ranger to say he had the parts to fix the seat. A couple of days ago Brian came down to our boat, which is in the water in Tacoma and replaced the seat brackets with improved parts. It was an easy fix but was completed with no hassles and great professionalism.
It was a perfect example of the quality customer service from the Ranger team.
