My understanding is that the manuals are not dated or specific to model years,.or at least have not been so for many years.
RT and CW make changes whenever they have a reason, not aligned with production years and also not aligned across systems within a product line. So there may be small differences across boats.of identical "models" within any model year. Luckily the changes occur slowly for the most part.
Our Cutwater manual was similarly non-specific. Details require inspection of reality on the boat.
