I would like to order a few parts to have on hand for an upcoming cruise to Alaska. Could someone e-mail me a list of what you folks would deem necessary. Filters, belts, pumps, etc. that you would & could carry for emergency.
Thanks
Ronald (The Sharon Lee) (28 ft. cutwater)(2013)

You can contact Richard in parts at Ranger, he will email you a spreadsheet to order everything on line.

You may find the parts list on the left hand side of the Tug Nuts Home Page.

Here's a list of what Roam (2008 R-25) took to Alaska in 2013;

4 sets fuel filters
2 oil filters
4 impellers and gaskets
2 alternator/water pump belts
1 set zincs
1 spare shift cable (purchased along the way)
1 spare fresh water pump (may also work for raw water washdown)
oil, coolant, steering fluid
assorted hose clamps
butt connectors
bulbs for interior and running lights
fuses
drain plug
wire ties
assorted screws, nuts, bolts, washers
thruster fuse
thruster shear pins
valve cover gasket and injector seals(overkill?)
exhaust elbow gasket
wiper blades
bilge pump cartridge (maybe should have carried a spare sensor as well)
wire
Gorilla Tape and blue tape
Silicone Sealant
3M 4200 and 5200
Epoxy
Wood plugs for through-hull and sea strainer

Please feel free to send me a private message with questions.

Rich has a pretty good list and this is very close to what I carry, it is amazing how much one needs on a big trip, just in case. Parts are hard to find sometimes especially on the marinized engines vs the big boys.

Don

Somebody said that there was a parts list on the left side of the Tugnuts home page. But I could not find it. What am I doing wrong??

I may have spoken too soon. All I see is schematics; no parts list.

My apologies.

Thank you Howard. Now I know I am not crazy!
