HELP! there is a problem with out-of-control PM's under the subject "Sat. Weather" going astray. It looks like I'm not the only TugNut to be receiving numerous copies of this message. If you are sending these out, PLEASE check your list of member emails to be sure they are going to the right folks. Thanks.
Alex, "Kamalani"

I got a dozen or so myself. Bob Heselberg in Eatonville Wa and in case someone wants to know about the weather it is raining and should continue but be good over the weekend.

I think the wold Tugnut world knows that the weather is going to be good this weekend....grins

I've now received 15 of these phantoms. Somebody has their elbow on the keyboard. -- Cary

I saw the early messages in this thread, and had received the multiple PMs myself. Somehow a User Group was included in the distribution.

I used admin access to remove the original message, alerted the sender, and I selected and deleted the messages in my inbox. It appears the proliferation has stopped. Let me know if there are any more occurrences and we'll investigate further.

If you received multiple copies of the "Saturday's weather" PM, for no apparent reason, you can select them all in the right hand column and then choose Delete from the pull-down menu at the bottom of the page.

Cheers

Bruce

Hey! That was me!!!! I am so grateful to all of you who responded in kind with a PM of your own.......... got a couple dozen......

Thanks for fixing it Bruce.

David

David - I'm glad that your weather will be so good. We have high temps & June gloom for thew weekend. 🙁
This time of year I wish we were in the PNW.

Alex,
You know, it is only a short plane ride from Bakersfield to the PNW! You could be here in a couple of hours!!!!

Thanks to Bruce for "fixing" the PM problem earlier. After talking to him, I found out it was not my original email that started the issue, it was a response that went out of control......

Thanks to all of you that replied back! It did give me a chuckle. (With the one exception of the person that felt compelled to reply twelve time to retaliate for the twelve originals she received. I will not name this person, she knows who she is and she will see this.......)

Again though, I apologize for all of the inconvenience this caused anyone. No one needs anymore emails than they absolutely need.

Question--how do you remove the repeated PM from my inbox.
Thanks.

To delete PM's: on the right hand side of each pm mark/check box of each PM you wish to delete. Scroll to bottom of page, the drop down box shows Mark/Unmark as important or delete, highlight delete... click GO.
