Pittsburgh area boating

Are there any TugNuts in Pittsburgh? I'm going to be spending time there and want to learn local boating options and local knowledge. Where do people boat in the summer? What marinas to look at?

I don’t live in PIT, but have boated in the area. There’s a huge boating community on the three rivers— the Allegheny and Monongahela Rivers meet at “The Point” in Pittsburgh to form the Ohio River. A number of marinas are on the rivers. If one goes very far from The Point, a lock will have to transited.
