PMs Disabled?

Good evening everyone, are the PMs disabled right now? I have tried sending two but they are stuck in my outbox.

PMs aren't "pushed" to the recipient. They sit in your Outbox and their Inbox until the recipient reads, or "pulls", them. Then they will move from your Outbox to your Sent message box.

Some members have selected to receive email notifications when a PM has been sent to them. Your recipient may not have. [User control panel > Board preferences > Notify me on new private message].

You can try alerting the recipient by posting a reply in a relevant thread.
