Hello Tugnuts!

Our annual Points North seminar is March 17th and 18th at Milltown Sailing Club in Everett WA. http://www.milltownsailing.org/contact-us The seminar will begin at 8:30 A.M and end at 4:00 P.M. on both Saturday and Sunday. There will be a one hour break for lunch. Coffee, pastries and snacks will be provided. The seminar this year is designed as a two day seminar with the information on Day two building from what will have been discussed on Day one. This is not a basic entry level boating class – but is appropriate for all skill levels. There will be some advanced topics to challenge experienced boaters. Captain Mac will be focusing on things that are not covered during our on-the-water training sessions. It will be very informative and a lot of fun!

What a great two days we have had together! Captain Mac was very organized and helped us through an amazing amount of information, including reviewing safety information as well as everything else on the agenda.

A huge thanks to Ranger Jeff and Patrick, leader of the Desolation Sound Trip as well as Andrew, Kenny and other staff. Meeting and connecting with other Tugnuts and learning together made for a wonderful weekend of learning and reviewing!

Thank you to all 🙂

Toni and I would like to second what Anne has said. We had a great weekend too.

Nice job, Mac.

The weekend was a great review for me and a better introduction for Marcy than I could hope to do. My apology to Capt Mac for having to duck out on the best part of Sunday's presentation. We would really like to do Desolation Sound trip but can't swing it this year. Thanks again to Jeff and Capt Mac and all that made the experience great. What a great crowd Ranger and Cutwater folks are.

Thank you Jeff, Mac, Bruce, Patrick. and others who helped put on the points north seminar. Yet another great reason to be a Ranger/Cutwater owner.

I have been through the slide show, and would have loved to attend the presentation. I know that the summer is full but it would be nice to have it again when us "summer visitors" could attend.

Brenda and I arrived back in Sacramento about Midnight last night. We too would like to thank the Ranger crew for putting on a great presentation. While we do not have a Ranger or Cutwater yet, the group spirit was winning over Brenda, so who knows how much longer we can hold out on our C-Dory before we make the change.

Capt. Mac's slide deck from the 2-day workshop is available here.

Just a reminder. For those who missed it, Capt. Mac's Points North presentation is still available.

Cheers,

Bruce

Thanks for posting this, Bruce. I am reviewing it and noticing that I need to go back over some areas a bit and others in more detail.

It is very helpful to me to have the information organized in this way 🙂
