We are looking forward to the Points North Seminar which is coming soon. Nita and I have been working with restaurants, marinas, marine stores and other vendors who have generously given to our mini cruise to Fisherman's Terminal for the drawing. The reason I am bringing this up is because we have purchased fifteen Burgee guide books from the author and his wife after they contributed to our cruise for the drawing. These are all signed and the price was $16.50 each plus tax and shipping. These guidebooks are a great way to get information about various marinas and other moorage areas from Olympia to Port Hardy, B.C. The cost with all expense was $303.72, I will be selling these for $20.00 each at the Seminar the list price is $26.95 a great value. Any left over will be sold at the mini cruise.

The Burgee guidebook is a great resource. If any are left for the mini cruise, I will upgrade my older one. Thanks Bob and Nita for doing this and getting us a super price. Time is getting short, so much to do and so little time.

Where is the info on the Points North Seminar? Is it this weekend, 3/16-17? Details?

The Points North Seminar is this weekend, March 16th and 17th, at Mill Town Sailing Club in Everett, WA. There was a sign up sheet at the Seattle Boat Show along with the Desolation Sound Cruise. The seminar was completely booked by the end of the Seattle Boat show. We may end up with a couple of openings. If you would like to attend then please send me an email at jeffmessmer@rangertugs.com and I will place you on the waiting list.

Thank you,

Jeff

Thanks Jeff... I'm in, and looking forward to it this coming Saturday at 8:30am. I'm doubly pleased as I've managed to have missed this event in the past years as well as not getting to the Seattle Boat show this year to browse the new RT models and their enhancements.... 🙂

Thanks Mac for all you do. Not much of a chance to talk but it was good to see you, a great job by the way.
Bob

Let me add my appreciation for the excellent seminar that Capt. Mac primarily, along with Patrick and Jeff gave this past weekend. I was only able to attend the Sat event. It was most rewarding. I'm totally amazed at all the new RT owners and owners to be that were at the seminar. It was obvious to me that everyone there was very excited about their Tug boats.

Capt. Mac talks with ease and I found it enjoyable to listen to every word.

I didn't count, but would say there must have been close to 100 people there.

Also, thanks to Ranger Tugs for providing the early morning coffee and donuts -- much appreciated. I can't resist sugar cover donuts -- my favorite. 🙂

Ranger Tugs is creating a unique community IMO.

Mac, Andrew, Jeff, Ron, Ivan, Mark & apologies to anyone we've missed:

Thanks so much for inviting us to the Points North event. It was immensely educational. And, bonus, we now know how to read Canadian charts (eh!) thanks to Patrick 🙂

The seminar is one of the great benefits of owning a Ranger Tug. The factory support and participation in this event is typical of their after purchase concern for the buyer's boating satisfaction. Capt Mac, Bruce and Patrick combined to produce another highly educational and enjoyable seminar. Thanks to Jeff, Andrew, Kenny, Ronnie and Ivan for being available for any factory counsel.

And ditto from Garry and Vicki too. Good job Captain Mac and safe travels. Thanks Andrew Jeff Kenny and the rest of the pros at Ranger Tugs for the Points North seminar the new battery and all that you do and provide. What a great community we have joined!!
