Hi Andrew,
I have noticed on dealer photos of newer R-21ECs that there are chains and attachment fittings for the porthole covers to hold them in an open position. There are set screws on the hinges, but if you tighten them enough to hold the the covers open, they do not close without backing off the screws. Are the chains and fittings available from the factory? I know I could probably pick-up something workable from a hardware store, but I wanted to ask if there was a factory option first.
