I have a 2021R27. The starboard rectangular port has a broken trim piece. That is the piece on the outside of hull fastened with four small screws. The forward part is broken and missing right at the front screws. I dont know when why or how it went missing, noticed it with boat on trailer. Is that piece available, or what is the brand of that port? Thanks Dan

When I had my R27 the trim rings on both the port and starboard side broke the same way you described after taking on heavy seas one day. The wave action peeled back and broke the trim.

Ranger came out and replaced both on warranty. It was a very simple repair. They added additional sealant and I never had a problem again.

Same here. I had both port and starboard broken during a crossing to Bimini. They were repaired under warranty by the dealer and they also added additional screws to the front and back.

I also had the same issue, but they weren't under warranty. I contacted Ranger Tugs parts (which I don't think they do anymore, but you can try), they called them "Portside trim" pieces, and they were $14 each or maybe that was for 2. I replaced them myself, very easily while being careful not to over tighten.

Thanks, I will call Ranger and see what they say.

Factory has the trim pieces, $16 apiece. Thanks.
