R-25 (Outboard)
Hey folks, I pulled my R-25 out for service and put it back in the water.

Now, my Webasto AC isn't pulling in water. With the seacock open, I've tried unscrewing the strainer bucket while the AC pump is on, but water still isn't getting to the AC unit, resulting in an E1 "seaflow" error. My next step is to back flush from the thru-hull on the AC outlet.

Anybody run into this before and have a solution?

Yes. It’s not self priming. Close the seacock and unscrew the strainer a bit. Then back fill from the AC exhaust. Tighten strainer and open the seacock back up. Then start up AC.

This is the way.... Worked perfectly. Surprisingly....lots of air.
Also, try to remember to close the seacock before short hauling the boat. Traps the water in the line and keeps the system primed.

The seacocks were closed. That's what was so puzzling.
