Potable water tank level indicator on r27 classic 2017

gauge is stuck at 3/4 tank despite filling and empty for a few to see if would fix itself. I can find a new gauge for $21 but I suspect it might be the float part. How do you get access to the water tank to check or replace float.

You will have to remove the galley fridge to get access to the float.
