I started a thread in the general board (http://www.tugnuts.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=20260&start=15&sid=d820e22771f28f562cdb9d9754f7cc7a), but need some factory insight now as well. I’ve been chasing a leak for several months now. I thought it was coming in around the front port side hatch on top, based on spraying that area and seeing water coming in over the bench area in the v-berth. However, I took off the hatch, replaced the seals, ran some silicone, and bedded the screws, and had leakage again. I remove the inside trim on the hatch, did some more spraying and it is totally dry around the hatch. Chasing where the water goes after it runs off from the hatch area, it ends up in the channel along the edge where the running lights are. I want to know if it is possible for water to get up under that fiberglass piece where the running lights are mounted and enter in through either the screw holes or maybe where the light wires enter? If so, to fix this, do I just remove all the screws, re-bed the screws and add some sealant around the wires, and reattach this piece?
