Pressure accumulator

Any ideas about my fresh water tank pumping out ALL of the water into the bilge?
My fresh water pump kicked on (no faucet was open) and pumped all of the water out of my holding tank. Could it be a fail safe if the pressure accumulator over-pressurized?

if no broken waterline and pump runs continuously then my guess is pressure switch on pump is fried. If pump doesn't run, it could have blown a fuse but pump may be good. It may have blown a fuse from pump running too long and getting hot. I just had this problem. Switch was bad. Bought a new pump from Amazon. The pump has the switch built in. I dissected old pump to figure it out. Bought a new switch and fixed old pump. Pump is supposed to turn off around 40 psi, it ran continuously and pressure was 200 psi.

You have a leak somewhere. Fill the tank back up, turn the pump back on, and check all the fittings.
