primary fuel filter for yanmar

Since ranger tug will no longer be carrying some Yanmar parts does anyone have an alternate source for the primary fuel filter on r25sc? So far I have found other substitutes for most parts but not this one. I would prefer to buy it online if you have a source.
 
I bought my filters here. It seems Yanmar has a restriction on where dealers can deliver, per the note on the web page. so perhaps you can call them and ask if they know of a dealer in your area of if you know someone in their area that they can ship and then have your friend re-ship. I found this firm to be reliable.
