Private messages

If I recall correctly, we used to get an email notification when we had a new private message sent to us. I don't believe that now happens and if one doesn't Login and look for the new messages, you don't know you have them. I am bringing this up because the last 4 private messages I have sent have remained in my outbox for weeks indicating that the intended recipients have not opened them. That indicates to me they don't know they have been sent. I know I am guilty of letting some sit for a while because I did not look for them.

Thanks for calling this out! I just saw and replied to one (to another user) that I was unaware of.

How do we know? Look at the second line in the header on the left, where it says "User Control Panel (X new messages)"
