Problems with reservations at Port Browning

Normally I set up an itinerary for our cruises when they include popular marinas in the San Juan and Gulf Islands.
Usually the process of making reservations is pretty simple - I just call the marina.

Has anyone stayed at Port Browning Marina on North Pender Island recently? I’ve tried numerous calls, voice mails and e-mails over the past week without anyone answering the phones or returning e-mails. I know next year they are re-doing the entire marina. But are they operating this season??

And a FYI on making reservations at Otter Bay Marina, also on North Pender Island. Their reservation system has had some major issues of late. If you ignore the instructions not to call and call anyway you can get through. Both the staff at Otter Bay and the reservation system folks are very apologetic and helpful. Hopefully they will get the bugs out of their new reservation platform soon.

After 7 phone calls, 2 left voice mails, 2 calls to the Pub (where I finally spoke to someone live) and one e-mail over a 6 day period I finally got a call back from Port Browning marina today. No explanation on why it took them so long to respond. But we do have our reservations for a Saturday night!
No water on docks and shore power may or may not be available at PB marina BTW.
