Just purchased an 2011 R29. During the survey it was discovered the Pro Mariner True Power Combi 2500 QS caused the GFCI outlets to buzz when in use and the current was 15.8 hz rather than 60 hz. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Mine do the same I believe it is the fact it is a modified Sine wave inverter and not a pure sine wave Everything works fine with mine except my Tassimo coffee machine
 
I swapped my inverter charger for the Magnum full sine wave unit - works great even on my Nespresso machine.
 
I would call the mfg. Sometimes you need a load before you get full power. It may be something very simple. Once in a while mine will "pulse" until it sees a load.
