Promariner inverter

I have a "Ture Power Combi 2500 QS pro mariner charger/inverter. During testing of the inverter both GFCI outlets buzzed and the current flow was measured at 15.8 hz (rather than 60 hz). Anyone have similar issues with this unit? Solutions? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
