We have this charger on our 2012 R27. It has been working well - until it wasn't. Overnight it remained in "conditioning" mode when the charge on the house batteries fell below 11 volts. I reset and restarted everything. There are 120 volts AC incoming from shore power, but the charger remains in "conditioning" mode not switching to "charging" and not bringing up the batteries. Any ideas? Thanks.

I responded to a duplicate post.

Call pro-mariner customer service on the phone. They will tell you what to try.
If the charger is defective, they will sell you an equivalent one at their cost.
Good people to do business with.

I have spoken with ProMariner on the phone and they sent a trouble shooting guide, which I have read but not attempted to execute yet. They did not have a possible cause for this particular problem. As the unit boots up correctly and displays the "OK" light, I suspect the trouble shooting routine will check out OK as well.

My 1220p also just died. Being on a mooring for 9 years I only used the generator to power the charger. This is my first year at a slip with shore power. Been on the phone with ProMariner and it was officially declared dead. The charger was 14.5 volts idling, but put any battery on it with a good voltage, all over 12.4 at the time, and it drops to 11.2 with output of .6 amps. Since the acr's join the batteries together I have changed to one of the Victron Bluetooth chargers. IP22 single output of 30amps. I feed the house batteries and depend on the acr's to join the starter and thruster bank afterwards. Also switched out the house bank to 2 six volt golf cart batteries in series, 235 amp hours. I got tired of buying batteries only to find out they lab cycles of many batteries is either too low or the manufacturer doesn't list it. These crown golf cart batteries are rated at 50% DOD for 1200 cycles. Also the Victron chargers have a great phone app and you can change almost every phase of this charger. You can also limit the amount of current output.
